On April 28th, Yonfer held a fertilizer conference on fruit industry in Xi'an, Shaanxi province in the northwestern China, with the theme of “Exploring New Service Horizons, Harnessing New Quality-driven Momentum, and Embarking on a New Journey”.
Mr. Wei Wanhua, Manager of the North China Region of Yonfer's Sales Department, and Mr. Tang Xinquan, Director of the Market Promotion Department, along with relevant personnel, gathered with over 500 distributors and retailers from apple-growing areas in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Henan, Gansu, and Ningxia (autonomous region) provinces to discuss strategies for the high-quality development of the fruit-growing regions. Mr. Jiang Yuanmao, a professor from Shandong Agricultural University and a scientist in the National Apple Industry Technology System, and Mr. Yao Chunchao, a professor from Northwest A&F University and an expert in the Shaanxi Kiwifruit Industry System, were invited to give technical lectures.

Mr. Wei Wanhua delivered the welcome address at the conference. He appreciated the decade-long collaboration between Yonfer and Professor Jiang Yuanmao in soil testing and fertilization in the northwest region, as well as their exploration of pathways to enhance apple quality and yield. From national, corporate, and farmer perspectives, he analyzed the current trends in agricultural development, provided an in-depth exposition of Yonfer's distinctive “Special, Unique, Excellent, and Strong” objectives, and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the distributors and retailers who have steadfastly followed Yonfer's development trajectory and grown alongside it. He emphasized that choice is more crucial than effort, expressing his hope that the attending distributors and retailers would continue to resolutely collaborate with Yonfer, jointly contributing to the high-quality development of modern agriculture.

Mr. Tang Xinquan, based on the price trends of compound fertilizers in China over the past five years and the current market situation, provided a detailed interpretation of Yonfer's “Three Dual-choices and One Multiple-measures” development strategy. He pointed out that new fertilizers have always been the direction for the upgrading of the fertilizer product structure. Although the current competition in compound fertilizers seems to be extremely intense, from the perspective of the combination of factors and resources, it is not a comprehensive competition but rather a relatively intense competition in a single factor. The participating distributors, as long as they reshape their marketing values and anchor themselves on the new trend of modern agricultural development, can ensure an increase in the benefits of “Users, Shareholders, Distributors, Employees and Enterprise”, and at the same time contribute to the country's new round of increasing grain production by 100 million tons.

2. Technology Empowerment: Unraveling the Secrets of Enhancing Quality and Efficiency of fruits in Northwest Regions
Professor Jiang Yuanmao deeply analyzed the development trend of apple industry in China, pointed out the differences between domestic and foreign apple industries, and believed that only apples that are “delicious, attractive, easy to manage, transport and sell” can be considered good ones. He, combining various new fertilizers from Yonfer, focused on teaching the “three-stage” precise fertilization technology for apple planting: The first stage is to apply base fertilizer, mainly using bio-organic fertilizer, organic fertilizer, soil conditioner, trace element fertilizer, and quick-release fertilizer for scientific proportioning, laying the foundation for fruit tree growth. The second stage is to apply fruit-enlarging fertilizer, the first time to mainly supplement the nutrition storage of the tree body, improve the root zone environment, promote root development, choose ammonium nitrate calcium or nitro compound fertilizer, and prohibit the use of urea; the second time, following the principle of “small amount but multiple times”, apply nitrogen and phosphorus in the early stage, and increase potassium fertilizer in the later stage. The third stage is to apply “harvesting fertilizer”, take short-term control measures to optimize quality before the fruit ripens and harvest, and immediately apply “post-harvest fertilizer” to promote tree recovery.

Professor Yao Chunchao analyzed the development trend of the kiwi fruit industry. He pointed out that there are four key points to be noted in kiwi cultivation: First, change the tree shape, that is, ensure one branch with two vines and high-altitude traction; second, change the soil, that is, increase organic matters and apply organic fertilizers; third, change the variety, that is, eliminate old varieties and graft new ones; fourth, change the model, that is, implement full mechanization and agricultural intelligence. When explaining how to fertilize, Professor Yao particularly emphasized that one of the main tasks of fertilization is to adjust the content of essential nutrient elements in the soil for fruit trees, so that it reaches an appropriate dynamic balance to meet the needs of kiwi fruit growth and development.

3. Leading Benchmark: Building a Mutually Beneficial and Win-Win Industrial Community
Mr. Li Fei, the chief agronomist of the Central Plains Region of Yonfer’s Sales Department, shared the “Suiping Model”, which sparked much discussion. This model was jointly created by Yonfer and Henan Suiping Fengge Agricultural Co., Ltd. It has two core points: First, the two sales teams of Yonfer and the distributor can reach a high level of consensus, achieving the same mindset and consistent pace; second, the business model of "you place orders, I’ll help sell them" binds the enterprise, the distributor and the retailer deeply into a mutually beneficial and win-win industrial community. From 2022 to 2024, the total increase in the Henan market was as high as 120,000 tons, among which the increase in new fertilizers was 70,000 tons. After this model was vigorously promoted and replicated in other markets, the sales of new products have already become the main best sellers in the markets of Henan, Jiangsu and Shandong, etc.

They unanimously stated that choosing good products and excellent services is the foundation for the survival and development of agricultural material distributors. Therefore, as long as they keep up with the strategy of Yonfer and do not fall behind, they can truly become leaders of disrtibutors.

The person in charge of the Market Promotion Department of Yonfer also gave a detailed explanation of the efficacy and performance of the “4+N” series of fertilizers suitable for the fruit-growing areas in the northwest region. Subsequently, the agronomist of Yonfer conducted some on-site micro-experiment comparisons of the fertilizers and projected the entire micro-experiment process onto the large screen for simultaneous explanation, enabling the participants to have a deeper understanding of Yonfer's new fertilizers.
