On April 9th, 2025, Yonfer grandly convened the "2025 North China Region Typical Experience Exchange and Learning Conference and the Strategic Launch Conference for the Weinan/Xi'an Markets" in Dali County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. The "Suiping Model" is a successful agronomic service model jointly developed by Yonfer and its distributor, Fengge Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. in Suiping County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province. The core of this model lies in establishing demonstration fields to showcase the remarkable effects of new fertilizers and organizing a series of intensive promotional activities. These efforts aim to guide retailers and large - scale farmers to recognize and accept new fertilizers from Yonfer. Resulting increased yields and incomes for local farmers, this model effectively drives the green development of modern agriculture.

Wei Wanhua, the regional manager of North China Sales Region, said in his speech that "Yonfer will adopt a dual-drive approach of 'grid coverage of demonstration fields + on-site presence of agricultural technology service teams', and in key markets such as the apple-growing belt of Yan'an and the wheat-growing areas of Guanzhong Plain (central belt of Shaanxi Province), and ensure that each village has a demonstration field. At the meeting, Wang Xiaorong, the General Manager of Shuofeng Agricultural Chemical Co., Ltd. in Fuping County who had personally visited Henan Province to learn about the "Suiping Model", shared her learning experience and innovative paths for promoting new fertilizers. During the learning period, she witnessed that a large number of farmers recognized Yonfer’s fertilizers through the effects of the demonstration fields, which made her deeply realize the charm of technology as a productive force. Subsequently, she immediately changed her sales strategy, focusing on promoting new fertilizers, and together with the sales team of Yonfer, arranged a large number of demonstration fields and promptly held observation meetings and ordering meetings. Through correct guidance, farmers gradually changed their minds and accepted the new fertilizers, not only increasing crop yields and profits, but also saving labor and time costs. By the end of 2024, the sales volume of her new fertilizers had increased from over 500 tons in 2022 to over 1,700 tons, with a growth rate of 216%.
