Focus on employee training and empowerment. Yonfer upholds the belief that "Training is the greatest benefit for employees," placing high importance on the training of in-service staff. It has established a dedicated training school to organize and manage specific training initiatives, and has built an integrated training system encompassing "Quality assessment, Competency development, and Career planning". Currently, the training school boasts over 30 full-time and part-time instructors who conduct professional teaching and skill training across three main areas: "Ideology and Management," "Chemical Engineering and Skills," and "Marketing and Service." This approach strengthens professional execution capabilities and unlocks growth potential.
Guided by business objectives and real-work scenarios, Yonfer continuously develops and refines its curriculum system, optimizes training content, and enhances the precision and relevance of training programs. It diversifies training formats through methods such as "Mobile offline classrooms, Online self-learning platforms, Thematic rotation and specialized training, On-site training delivery, and Using competitions and assessments as training tools." Simultaneously, Yonfer actively leverages and integrates external resources by fostering cooperative exchanges at various levels and of different natures with higher education institutions, research institutes, social organizations, functional government agencies, and industry peers. This promotes the flow and efficient utilization of internal and external resources, fully realizing the role of training as a multiplier for employee empowerment and corporate performance enhancement.
In 2023, Yonfer added 24 new trainees to its "Hundred Talents Plan", bringing the total in the talent pool to 99. For the first time, it conducted target-based assessments for 31 appointed high-skilled talents, distributing bonuses totaling 2.08 million RMB. Yonfer organized 30 employees to participate in external professional title evaluations, including for engineers, agronomists, and economists, with 26 ultimately receiving external titles. Throughout the year, Yonfer conducted 219 training sessions, accumulating 18,787 participant attendances and 1,738 training hours.
