On March 23rd, the graduation ceremony of Enhancement Training Program themed "Strategic Navigation, Relaying the Future" for the Successors of Yonfer’s distributors, called "Yonfer Generation II" was grandly held at Wuhan University. Over 30 "Yonfer Generation II" from all over the country successfully completed the training and received the graduation certificates from Wuhan University.This training is a high-level one jointly organized by Yonfer and Wuhan University for the successors. The instructors included ones from Yonfer such as Mr. Zhuo Baoshan, General Manager of Strategist, Mr. Wu Liang, Director of the Institute of New Fertilizers and Green Agriculture, Mr. Deng Chao, Chief Agronomist, and Mr. Tang Xinquan, Director of the Department of Market Promotion, etc. and ones from Wuhan University.
The training courses were conducted in two rounds. The first one was conducted on last November. From November 11th to 14th, 2024, they visited Yonfer’s headquarter in Jingmen, touring the headquarter production base known as "Ten Miles of Fertilizer City" and the Zhongxiang production base. They learned in depth Yonfer's corporate culture, strategic layout, development plan, product planning, and excellent marketing cases, etc.
On November 15th to 17th, they studied courses such as enterprise strategic management and interpret new economic development models under the new situation, as well as new quality productive forces leading the new trend of economic high-quality development at Wuhan University.
The second round was implemented in this March. From March 20th to 23rd, 2025, they visited Fengge Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhumadian City, Henan Province, to learn advanced experiences in new products promotion and service models, and then studied courses related to digital marketing, financial analysis, and management improvement at Wuhan University.
Li Fenfei, from Jiaozuo New Feitian Agricultural Development Co., Ltd delivered a speech as the representative of outstanding trainees. He stated that this training made him realize that as a " Yonfer Generation II", he not only shouldered the responsibility of inheriting the family business but also that of promoting agricultural modernization and green development. In the future, he would apply the new knowledge and new ideas he has learned to his work and business operations, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry and contributing his own strength to rural revitalization.
Currently, under the dual impetus of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization, the fertilizer industry is undergoing profound changes in diversified service scenarios, targeted technology application, and eco-friendly cooperation models. Through these two rounds of systematic trainings, Yonfer not only helped the " Yonfer Generation II " complete the leap from theory to practice and from inheritance to innovation, but also provided a benchmark model for the talent reserve of the fertilizer industry by the "manufacturer and distributor jointly cultivating" model, injecting impetus into the new development of fertilizer marketing.
According to the manager of Marketing Promotion Department, its effectiveness of the training in this period has been widely recognized. Yonfer will hold this training continuously in the future.
With the successful conclusion of this training, Yonfer and the "Yonfer Generation II" distributors are jointly stepping onto a broader stage. With innovation as the plow and collaboration as the soil, this relay race will continue to sow the seeds of hope for the green and high-quality development of Chinese agriculture.
