17 Years of Passionate Relay: Making Philanthropy a Persevering Commitment

Public welfare is not a one-time effort; it thrives on sustained commitment. Yonfer has made voluntary blood donation a regular corporate social responsibility initiative, carrying it out continuously for 17 years since 2010. According to statistics, since 2019, the company’s employees have collectively donated a total of 252,000 milliliters of blood.

From management cadres to frontline workers, from technical specialists to logistics support staff, employees of Yonfer—spanning diverse roles and lengths of service—have come together, united by a shared commitment to public welfare. In 2026, Yonfer organized two voluntary blood‑donation drives, with 111 cadres and employees actively participating and collectively donating 37,000 milliliters of blood; additionally, six individuals registered on the spot in the hematopoietic stem cell donor registry.

Among this team of compassionate volunteers, many familiar faces have been steadfast in their commitment for years. Xu Limin, a model worker at the company and group leader at the Northern Henan Sales Branch, has donated blood voluntarily 25 times, totaling 9,200 milliliters; Dong Shangjun, recipient of the National May Day Labor Medal and chief technician at Yonfer, has continued to donate blood without interruption for seven consecutive years, with a cumulative donation of 2,800 milliliters.

A Long-term Mechanism: Ensuring Public Welfare Goes Further

For public welfare initiatives to achieve lasting impact, they require both passionate dedication and robust institutional and systemic safeguards. As early as 2009, the company established the “Yonfer Charity Fund,” putting in place a regularized support mechanism. To date, it has provided assistance to more than 200 employees in need, disbursing over one million yuan in aid.

In 2022, the Yonfer Red Cross Society was officially established and, in 2024, was renamed the Yonfer Group Red Cross Society. It has continued to carry out initiatives focused on member and volunteer development, as well as assistance and support for employees facing hardship, further promoting the standardized and regular implementation of charitable donations, volunteer services, and employee assistance programs.
